Manufacturer Warranty Policy (UAE)

Beyond Precision Auto Accessories is committed to the quality of our products and services. We offer a 3-year manufacturer warranty on all body kits and accessories sold and installed by us.

Warranty Coverage

• Product and Installation Warranty: All body kits and accessories supplied and installed by Beyond Precision Auto Accessories are covered for defects in materials, workmanship, and installation for 3 years from the date of purchase.
• Scope: This warranty applies only to products and services provided directly by Beyond Precision Auto Accessories. It does not cover the vehicle itself or components not supplied or installed by us.
• Legal Compliance: Our warranty is in accordance with UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and Cabinet Decision No. 66 of 2023, which require clear disclosure of warranty terms and coverage.

What Is Not Covered

• Third-Party Modifications or Repairs: Any modifications, repairs, or installations performed by unauthorized parties will void this warranty.
• Accidents, Misuse, or Neglect: Damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper maintenance, or natural events is not covered.
• Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear, as well as cosmetic issues not related to manufacturing defects, are not covered.
• Non-Supplied Parts: Issues arising from parts not sold or installed by Beyond Precision Auto Accessories are not covered.

Warranty Claim Process

1. Contact Us: If you believe your product or installation is covered under warranty, contact our customer service team with your invoice and proof of installation.
2. Assessment: We will review your claim and may request additional information or photos.
3. Resolution: If approved, we will repair, replace, or reinstall the affected part at our discretion.
4. Spare Parts Availability: In accordance with UAE law, we will provide necessary spare parts for repair within 7 days for regular parts and 14 days for less common parts, unless force majeure applies.

Additional Information

• Warranty Transfer: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
• Legal Rights: This warranty does not affect your statutory rights under UAE consumer protection laws.
• Jurisdiction: This policy is governed by UAE law and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with local regulations.
• Display and Language: Our warranty policy is displayed in Arabic and English for your convenience and in compliance with local requirements.
