Shipping & Return
All shipments are sent by Porter (www.porter.ae), the shipment can be tracked through the website with your order number. We can deliver only in UAE and GCC countries. There is no international delivery
- FULFILLMENT: This stage may take up to 2-3 Business Day (Excluding Holidays and Weekends). All orders are processed during normal business hours Monday to Saturday.
- SHIPPED: Once your order is ready to ship you will receive a shipment confirmation (Airway Bill / Tracking Reference) to your registered email and mobile number.
- Delivery charges across the UAE are 100 AED, while delivery charges to GCC countries are 1000 AED. however, additional charges may apply based on product category, weight, and dimensions.
- ae cannot guarantee you same day shipping (except for promotional products which guarantee same day delivery).
- We do only domestic and GCC delivery, no international delivery.
- For Domestic Deliveries (UAE): 100 AED.
- For GCC Deliveries: 1000 AED.
- If your order has not yet been fulfilled, we can cancel your order.
- If we fail to fulfill the order.
- If you didn’t receive the order on time.

- Please allow 7-14 days for your return to be processed and inspected. Once the inspection is complete, we will notify you the approval or rejection of your refund through email.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original method of payment.
- Refunds will be made onto original mode of payment and will be process within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
