1. Introduction

These Service Booking Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all service bookings made through baashops.com for body kit installation, car facelift upgrades, and automotive accessories installation (“Services”).

2. Service Booking & Confirmation

• All service bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Baashops.com.
• A booking is confirmed once the booking fee payment is successfully completed.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle details.

3. Booking Fees

• A booking fee may be required at the time of reservation.
• The booking fee is fully refundable and will be deducted from the total service amount at the time of installation.
• The remaining balance, if any, is payable at the workshop after deduction of the booking fee.

4. Refund Policy

• Customers may request a full refund of the booking fee at any time.
• Refunds are issued using the original payment method.
• Refund processing may take 7–14 business days depending on the bank or payment provider.

5. Payment Methods & Pricing Adjustments

• Fazaa Payments: If payment is made using Fazaa in conjunction with any ongoing offers or discounts, such offers or discounts will not be applicable, and the service price will revert to the original, non-discounted price.
• Tabby Payments: If payment is made using Tabby, an additional 7.5% processing fee charged by Tabby will be added to the total service price.

6. Vehicle Condition & Inspection

• Vehicles must be delivered in a condition suitable for the booked service.
• Any existing damage or prior modifications should be disclosed in advance.
• Additional work, if required, will be quoted separately and requires customer approval.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Baashops.com is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond reasonable control.
• We are not liable for issues arising from third-party products or services.
• Any liability is limited to the amount paid for the service booking.

8. Changes to Services or Pricing

Baashops.com reserves the right to update service pricing or availability prior to service execution. Any changes will be communicated clearly to the customer.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By proceeding with a service booking on baashops.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
